It is a key to unlocking our joy.  It helps reduce stress and depression and encourages playfulness.

Laughter triggers chemical reactions in the brain and when combine with yogic breathing, actually helps boost the immune system.

Started in India in 1995, Laughter Yoga is now practiced in over 80 countries worldwide, including the United States, and anyone can do the simple exercises (laughing, stretching and breathing).

No yoga mats or special clothing required.  In fact, you can do Laughter Yoga sitting in a chair!  No need to be flexible or know anything about downward dogs, upright rhinos or uptight family members, friends or colleagues.  Laughter Yoga is  a great way to eliminate stress in  your life, build self confidence and have FUN while getting some great exercise.

I lead Laughter Yoga workshops from 3 minutes to 1 hour, for all ages, from 3 people to over 300, for corporate events, religious institutions, student groups, and private parties.
